All products offered by Phonogram are digital in nature. No physical items are shipped. Upon successful completion of your order, digital products are made available for download either directly through your account on our website or via an email containing a secure download link.

Purchased digital products will generally remain accessible through your account for continued downloading, subject to the availability of our platform. However, Phonogram reserves the right to remove or update products at its discretion. We recommend backing up all downloaded files promptly after purchase.

Free digital products are also delivered electronically in the same manner as purchased products. By accessing a free download, users agree to our Terms and Conditions and this Digital Delivery Policy.
